Week 27 - Mosiah 24:15

Loved ones!

This week has been really great! It's flown by! I don't have a ton of
time to write today because we spent a lot of yesterday and today
helping one of the families we are teaching clean up and paint their
trailer. It's been really fun! Cynthia and her husband and her
children that are moving in with their kids all plan to come to church
this Sunday. She was one of the first people I met here with Sister
Gray so it'll be wonderful to finally have her come to church. She has
always kept her Bible out and open and just last week she was so
excited to show us that she now keeps her copy of The Book of Mormon
right next to it. I love her and it's been amazing to watch her love
for The Book of Mormon grow as well. The spirit in her home has
changed completely since her husband started getting involved in our
lessons. And even more so after we've helped them with their home. I
love when people let us serve them!

I never really said much about Sister Tuitea... She's awesome! She is
from Samoa and is the oldest of 10 kids. When she speaks she pretty
much quotes the scriptures the entire time and it amazes me! I love
having her as my companion! Let's see.. She is 23 years old. Just had
her birthday on Friday. She is an amazing singer. She played rugby
back in Samoa so you know I'm well protected here! She's great and we
compliment each other well.

We had interviews with President Bennion and Sister Bennion yesterday.
I sure love them. I've heard people say you are called to a mission
president and I feel that to be true doe me with them.

We had Stake Conference this weekend and it was AMAZING! I love just
sitting and soaking in so many different incredible testimonies and
experiences. Ah, I wish ya'll could've been there! Our Stake President
shared something Elder Holland shared with the sisters when he visited
the greater ATL area. Whatever the worry and whatever the doubt or
problem the most important thing you can do is keep your covenants. A
covenant is a two way promise. Heavenly Father has promised us so much
if we will just keep our covenants. And He keeps His promises!! Trust
Him. It will all be alright. I have hope for a glorious future with my
family and what He asks of me is quite small for all the joy He gives
me now and has promised me into the eternities! And I know that is
true for ya'll too!

I love you!

Lunch with the sisters in our zone after zone meeting. Love Sister Hosman
Happy Valentine's Day!
Worried about me getting married when I get home?! Don't! I've got myself a secret admirer hahaha. They happen to have access to pictures from a family vacation 7 years ago too! Gotta love the chocolate on the teeth!
The birthday sister! (She lost her name tag so we had two Sister Christensen's for a few days haha)
